All of our books are have a gaurantee for 30 days as well as being backed by a lifetime 50% replacement policy. That's right - replace your book for any reason for 50% (as long as it is still in print) and we will replace it for 50% of the cover price. *Plus tax and shipping.
Any returned checks will result in a $30 returned-check fee. All invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Paypal transactions must use the "Friends and Family" option to avoid charge-backs and fees.
Returns and exchanges are accepted (excluding Book Box subscriptions). Please contact me for arrangements.
