Can I get my rewards sooner by making additional purchases?

Absolutely! Just place an order through your personal eShow or directly through emalovesbooks. *If you are purchasing books from your wishlist - please contact emalovesbooks to avoid ordering multiples of a title.

 

Do purchases from relatives or friends for birthdays, holidays, etc. count as an additional purchase?

Great idea! Yes, just provide friends and family with your personal eShow and any orders made will count towards your total rewards! *Again, please have them contact emalovesbooks if purchasing items from your wishlist to avoid ordering mulitples of a title.

 

Why do the books vary in price each month even though I have been billed a monthly amount?

Good question. This happens because of the varying prices of the books on your wishlist. The average cost of the "Good Box" is $20, but sometimes you will receive $25 in books and sometimes $15. But we promise you are always getting the best deal possible!

 

What are my payment options?

Subscriptions are billed at a minimum of a 3 month period. Custom payment plans are available for any level of Book Box. Please contact emalovesbooks to arrange a plan that will work for you. Yearly subscriptions paid in full will receive a special gift!

 

What are your shipping and tax rates?

Both shipping and tax will depend on where your Book Box is being shipped! Normally, is would cost a minimum of $6 to ship up to $75 worth of books. To avoid this additional charge to you every month - you will pay a flat rate at sign-up for both shipping and taxes to cover these monthly costs (and get a great discount while you're at it!).

 

What if I need to cancel my subscription? 

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any portion of a subscription that has been paid cannot be refunded. If you wish to cancel a recurring payment, you much contact emalovesbooks by the 25th of the last month of subscription. Cancelling a subscription may change your club benefits.
